Course Description

Guest Connection is a Reservation and Table Management System that is capable of running stand alone or interfaced with either or both MICROS 9700 HMS and Opera.

Reservations, Forms Design, Quick Walk-In, Table Management and Wait Lists, Reporting, Servers Paging, Email Support, VIP and Rating customer levels.

Times for this course are

4-Days 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Prerequisites

Knowledge of LES 9700.
