3700 Property Programmer 101
Course Description
This course focuses on the knowledge and skills required by the MICROS
3700 HMS property programmer. During the course, participants will learn
how to setup and modify employees, menu items and classes and how to troubleshoot
basic problems.
The majority of the course will consist of instructor led lecture in
the English language and hands on exercises.

Prerequisites
Participants should be familiar with the files in the Configurator . Participants
should also be familiar with the following actions:
- Start and stop the 3700 system.
- Start and stop 3700 operations.
- Perform POS operations: ring transactions, clock in/out, manager procedures.
Participants need to be able to communicate both verbally and in writing
using the English language with course facilitator(s) and other course
participants. Participants need to be able to work independently and in
a small group environment
