"Fast Food" is a somewhat pejorative term according to some of our more sensitive customers, and does not really apply to some of the non-burger-joint markets served by QSR, such as coffee shops, cafeterias, etc. |
| Quality Assurance (QA) | Quality Assurance refers to the steps and procedures followed in order to ensure that an establishment adheres to a certain standard of quality. These procedures may include daily checking of freezer temperatures, cleanliness checks, checking the food before it leaves the kitchen, etc. |
